About GTAWiki

GTAWiki is an unofficial GTA 6 fan site run by the team behind GameSight, a YouTube channel about Grand Theft Auto VI. We're fans, not insiders: everything here comes from what Rockstar Games has officially shown and said, plus reporting from established outlets, and we tell you which is which.

What we do

GameSight makes long-form GTA 6 breakdowns: the characters, the state of Leonida, the editions, the interviews Rockstar gives to magazines like Game Informer and LOVE. As of October 2026 the channel has more than 15,000 subscribers and over 30 videos.

Every video starts with research. We read the primary source first (the magazine feature, the trailer, Rockstar's own pages), log every claim with where it came from, and check it against other reporting. GTAWiki publishes that research as articles, so you can read the details at your own pace, see our sources, and come back to them later.

How we label information

GTA 6 attracts a lot of rumors. To keep things clear, claims in our articles carry a label:

  • Official Shown or stated by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or a platform holder.
  • Reported Reported by an established outlet, with the outlet named, but not confirmed by Rockstar.
  • Rumor Unconfirmed claims, leaks talk or speculation. We only include these when they matter to the story, and we say so.

Read the full editorial policy for how we research, correct mistakes and handle leaks.

The people behind it

GTAWiki and GameSight are run by a small independent team of GTA fans. We research, write and edit the videos and articles ourselves, using tools like DaVinci Resolve for editing and AI tools for parts of production (such as the narration voice in our videos). We're not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, and nobody pays us to cover anything.
